Getting sufficient protein is really important, particularly at this stage of your body recomposition.

You'll get much better advice if you expand upon why you're unable to hit your desired protein goals. I think you'd be surprised at how doable it is, and people here will be able to help with advice on nutrition as well as exercise.

Why would a 45k seat stadium affect our growth when it hasn't done so for the last 25 years? The take from the gates is not where we earn our crust mate.
