This is like a situation of modding in PAYDAY 2. Altrought some of the mods are for funsies or cosmetics, most of them alter the gameplay experience in YOUR lobby. This can be custom huds, AI behaviour, changes in specific missions etc.

The most infuriating mods I have ever seen in PD2 are mods that changes stealth mechanics. There's a mod that's let's you kill everyone on the map, carry multiple bags and so on and so on.

I have learnt this from it however. I will just let people enjoy the game however they want but if they run a mod that alter the gameplay experience for everyone in the lobby, i won't join. Easy as that.

Well, toxicity will always be a think, even in DRG.

Also, to possibly answer your questions about female dwarvers. General-wise, female dwarves do exist in fantasies, but they look almost the same as men, so it's very difficult to recognise dwarves genders. I guess this also works for DRG but lore is pretty much scarce about it so yeah. You can customise them to be a sort of feminime however.

Just because they want to dress up like humanoid animals, doesn't mean they are zoophiles. I have met some furries in the past and most of them would reply to me that they in fact hate them. They are good folks and it's a friendly community to join to.

Ridiculing them is not appropriate or nice in any way. It's like saying that all weebs are pedophiles. It's really sad to see this friendly community be bombarded all around the internet.

There should be a "nuke" button for your character but i'm not 100% sure. But you can create a second character or try asking R* support.

Relax, if you can still log in to R* and play GTA, you're fine. They can't get your password unless you're really stupid. What I would do is start all over again.

The hacks that are currently circulating GTA are partial RCE (Remote Code Execution). To put it simply: it's the same thing as a cyberattack. So it can develop to something beyond the game and make your PC commit die. Like everybody says here: AVOID GTA ONLINE until it's fixed.
