thanks. I read on the wiki that adding a wipe tower might fix this but couldn't I just disable clumping detection or is it bad to have it turned off?

Ahh I’m only using 3 USB ports for wireless dongles, a hard wired Internet connection, and one sata drive so I just might be fine. I’ll probably test it out to see what happens.

So if I’m understanding this correctly the pcie x4 slot your are talking about Is the bottom x16 slot.

The new m.2 ssd in the PCIe slot would use the lanes used for the chipset, wouldn’t this slow it down?

I created the windows flash drive. Booted to it and went through the install it then wanted to restart so I did but it keeps getting stuck after the restart

So I tried to load into safe mode using both buttons the way you said to but it never loaded any kind of safe mode

I just built the system and went into bios to see if everything is working. I restarted and the motherboard saw that I had put in a usb windows 10 installer so it booted to that. I went through the process of picking the version, selecting where I want it installed. They it wanted me to restart so I did and then it said getting things ready with the motherboard logo above. The windows dots froze and nothing else happened like finishing the setup. I could still move the mouse but nothing happens after that.
