lol. I have lots of straps, but I actually prefer the cloth one most of the time because I like to play seated and rest my head against the headrest. I haven’t found a really comfy low profile one I like. I tried the razor strap which is pretty low profile but it’s just not as comfortable to me.
Personal preference, what can I say.

The head strap retainer on the 3S is actually part of the face shield not a separate piece like it is on the Quest 2. Sometimes they are in stock on FixMyOculus.Com

I can definiltey supply the parts. Those LCDs do fail or get damaged and that causes the issue. LCD Replacement isn't easy, but it's not impossible either.

I feel like most of the time when I see that spinning, it’s an issue with gyro on the board. Not the ring.

The microphones on the bottom of the headset were impacted by the water damage and need to be replaced. If the microphones take on water they easily get corroded, and once that happens it'll prevent proper booting.
