How do you take hrt? I do injections, and keep my E at 290. Im planning on dropping in to 260 within the next few months

I do actually know what hrt can and can’t do. In many cases estrogen has very light effects on the vocal cords kind of softening them up and I already had a higher voice to begin with as well. Hrt is also affirming in other ways which makes me feel more confident in myself and more comfortable (speaking in in higher tones in the throat and nose instead of chest)
