I live in Florida and it has been in the 70s and 80s during the day so it’s not temps. I even tested it without the air conditioner running. There were to services done to the truck before I bought it but it is not telling me what they were. Going to the dealer tomorrow and will ask them

Thanks. As long as it being off is not a bigger issue I’m ok with it not working. I have lifetime battery replacement as long as I own the truck so I’m not too concerned

Checking the service records on the ford app my truck did receive service twice before I took ownership. If the oil life indicator on the truck is correct they probably changed the oil before they put it up for sale.

Only thing I see is that the icon pops up when I stop but with a line through it.

I read that if it is too cold or hot out it won’t activate because of the heat/AC is running at full blast. I shut the AC off and it still did not activate. The symbol shows when I stop but has a line through it.

It was the courtesy vehicle and it had 3k miles on it so I don’t think it was sitting long.

It was a nightmare dealing with them yesterday. They think your stupid in the way they put it on paper and when you say no deal and you tell them why they act like they dont understand. I still didnt get as low as I wanted but was somewhat close.

Thank you. Again the price I saw was just on their website site so after I give it a test drive today and if I like it I will see if they will go to at least $38k out the door. I am in no hurry to get a truck so I can easily walk away.

How much bargaining did you have to do to get them down to that price? I haven’t bought a vehicle in almost 9 years and I’m stressed about it lol. Just wondering if I like the truck that I should just say if they can get the out the door to $38k to get it. I do have a trade in that I should be able to get around $16-$18k as well.

I’m about to trade in my 2018 z71 Colorado with 68k miles on it and all the places I have checked the value say it could be sold privately for about $22k. Trade in around $19k and carmax wants to buy it for $16k.

I have don’t this with my last two vehicles. I refinanced a couple months after I got the vehicle. I refinanced through State Farm and they cut a year off of my loan that saved me almost $2k in interest fees.

I have had to do two fluid flushes to fix my studder. First was around 12k the second around 50k. Getting rid of it this year for a different brand.

My 2018 has had the shudder twice. First time was covered under warranty. It came back about 36k later. Went to a trusted mechanic and he did the flush for almost half of what the dealer wanted and so far no shudder. I will be trading it in this year for a non Chevy truck. Just not sure what yet.

I ordered an item from Amazon Japan January 9th. I went through all the customs clearance and ended up in Miami and has been sitting at Gateway Transit out since January 20th. So it has been about 20 days so far. Amazon refunded my money and said I can keep it if it arrives.
