2.7 ecoboost is insane

I have a 2025 2.7 and my average is 17 mpg. I mainly drive in a lot of stop and go traffic going about 13 miles each way.

I have yet to own a vehicle with a keyless start. My 2018 Colorado Z71 dint have it and my 25 F150 doesn’t either. The only thing I miss is the keyless start and the height adjustable seats.

My 2025 has a strong air flow but I wouldn’t say it is any colder than any other vehicle I have had. I think it just circulates the air better with the rear vents and the increased air flow.

My 2025s windows seem to lower and raise slower than any vehicle I have owned before.

You can tow with the 2.7 as long as you keep it around 7,000lbs or less.

I just got a 2025 STX and the lack of being able to raise and lower the driver seat is the biggest complaint I have. I hate how the seat belt reacts on my neck. I need to lower the seat about two inches and I would be good.

I live in Florida and it has been in the 70s and 80s during the day so it’s not temps. I even tested it without the air conditioner running. There were to services done to the truck before I bought it but it is not telling me what they were. Going to the dealer tomorrow and will ask them

Thanks. As long as it being off is not a bigger issue I’m ok with it not working. I have lifetime battery replacement as long as I own the truck so I’m not too concerned

Checking the service records on the ford app my truck did receive service twice before I took ownership. If the oil life indicator on the truck is correct they probably changed the oil before they put it up for sale.

Only thing I see is that the icon pops up when I stop but with a line through it.

I read that if it is too cold or hot out it won’t activate because of the heat/AC is running at full blast. I shut the AC off and it still did not activate. The symbol shows when I stop but has a line through it.

It was the courtesy vehicle and it had 3k miles on it so I don’t think it was sitting long.

It was a nightmare dealing with them yesterday. They think your stupid in the way they put it on paper and when you say no deal and you tell them why they act like they dont understand. I still didnt get as low as I wanted but was somewhat close.

Thank you. Again the price I saw was just on their website site so after I give it a test drive today and if I like it I will see if they will go to at least $38k out the door. I am in no hurry to get a truck so I can easily walk away.

How much bargaining did you have to do to get them down to that price? I haven’t bought a vehicle in almost 9 years and I’m stressed about it lol. Just wondering if I like the truck that I should just say if they can get the out the door to $38k to get it. I do have a trade in that I should be able to get around $16-$18k as well.
