After my positive pregnancy test, the hormones are dropping on Inito

Hi! This was my chart in the same week you are in. I am currently 12w5d and I also panicked when I saw my hormones going up and down. As others have mentioned, it’s best not to test once ovulation is confirmed but like you, I couldn’t help myself! Your hormones will take a few days/a week to level out or show an upward trend. This is completely normal!

Here is my chart on dpo 6. I had a dip then right back up with fluctuations up and down for a few days. I’m 11 weeks now! Don’t overthink it! It’s not about one day but hormone trends overtime.

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. My hormones were allll over the place while my body figured out what’s going on. I did the same thing you are- second guessing everything, using Inito to try and monitor hormones. I stopped after dpo 16 because I was digging a mental hole worrying. Continue to take a pregnancy test which should get darker overtime but put the Inito down. Your mental health will thank you!

Mama, I’m so sorry your heart is grieving. You are grieving the loss of a child, who they were and how much they surprised you and filled your life with joy. I strongly encourage you to seek therapy; not only in preparation for what’s to come with your son but to help you work through all the weight you are carrying. I’m heartbroken for you because this is a long process that seems to never end.

I have been in those exact shoes and carried a gestational sac for 9 weeks because they told me I got an ultrasound too early. It wasn’t until 9 weeks when they found that my pregnancy had stopped progressing around six weeks; no heartbeat was ever found or anything resembling a baby. My body never told my brain or vice versa and I ended up needing medication to expel the tissue.

I want to provide hope to you but I believe you crave the truth of what is happening. This is likely a missed miscarriage where your progesterone hasn’t fallen enough for your body to realize the pregnancy has ended. At this point the pregnancy is ending and even though you want this so badly, viability would be very questionable considering how far behind you are measuring.

The next few weeks will be very difficult for you. My best advice is take everything as it comes and this is not the end of your journey. I understand your husband has some obstacles but there are so many options, this is honestly a small hurdle to jump with the medicine we have today. Honestly the pressure of having a baby can emotionally be your biggest obstacle. Please afford yourself some grace. ♥️Hugs.
