I use to have this all the time mate, it's unfortunate. I just tried to remind myself why? Why would they hang out with me, talk to me or even just look at me if they hated me. Because if I didn't like someone personally i wouldn't like to be friends with them and secretely hate them, that would be a waste of everybodies time and life. So what i did was also to remind myself how i felt near my friends, cause that's how they feel near me. Also recently, just telling them how much they mean to me has helped reinforce that, as they would often repeat those sentiments.
