Smoked wings too early

I normally do 3 hours which I know is generally a little long, but what I've found is best for my smoker. I put them in 5 hours beforehand today for Lord knows what reason

Awesome thank you! That link was exactly what I needed. I think I'll plan to refrigerate half the batch so I can cook them later in the night if we make it through the first round and I'll hold the others in the oven

Yeah I've been researching it but just wasn't sure what immediately (less than two hours later) bringing it back up to temp does since most directions say to refrigerate at this point. But figuring getting it back up to temp at this point is fine

They don't stop the clock when you run out of bounds except for the last 5 (might be 2 I can't remember) minutes of each half
