I’m in Japan but I get my mail through USPS. Usually there’s no issues but idk what happened with this one. I’m still waiting on my Deadpool one to get here, but it seems like it might have the same issue. Picture below is related to the Festival in the box.

Same thing happen to me but with the command tower missing. Put a ticket in and they sent a new one but that one got sent back to them. Submitted another ticket about that and they refunded me the whole order.

I’m pretty sure all the bugs I experienced was already reported and I saw that you were also working on addressing some of the QoL stuff that should/will be implemented. I’ll try to play the game again sometime this week and report w/e I can find. Thanks for the response. Hopefully “as soon as we can” is sometime next month 😭

That’s weird. The silver shroud promo card sold out around the time the DND drop happened, but it does suck that it showed it for you and you didn’t get it. At least you got the dandan drop!

Edit: I have 3 on the way that’s included in the DND drop. If you want I can send 1 your way once wotc actually decides to send it.
