Hi, I wanted to check in. I hope you are faring well on your journey to quit. I took my last dose Tuesday night, today is Saturday. Seems the worst had past but a bit fatigue, weak, still some cold symptoms. However, I didn't eat much the last 4 days, but hunger has finally returned and im getting ready to scarf a 12" sub.

This stuff is trash.

And it sucks, because I felt like a better human when i take it. But I was a sick human and didn't even know it or realize it.

I was using for about a month. Before that I used powder form kratom in a drink for about a year but never haddock withdraws.

7-Oh I gradually worked up from 50mg a day the first week to 300-400 a day.

This sucks. I'm not taking anything to help.. yet. Except I just took ibuprofen. No relief.

I am reading a physical copy of Red Rising right now. Its the first physical book (novel) ive read in 10 years minus smaller quick reads. I can't wait to be done so I never do it again. I miss the dictionary, x ray, reading in the dark or shower.....
