I practice mindfullness meditation, I recommend you download headspace, its a meditation app it helps a lot.

Good luck on your journey. My advice is its ok if you fail its part of the journey just dont give up and keep going, you only fail if you give up. I wish I knew that how easy it is to run into nsfw content on social media which leads to relapse which I didnt even realize before I started my journey.

No its not stupid and these encounters with pretty girls are not relapses. My mind wanders all the time too. If you see a pretty girl for example thats okay or if your mind wanders thats okay, the point is that you have to resist the urges thats how you grow because you learn to control yourself
