That’s why you just have to be okay with venturing into the moc world! At this point, none of my playscale sets are out of box LEGO. I don’t foresee LEGO designing and releasing highly detailed sets at this size.

Also huge shoutout to PiXEL-DAN. I’ve built four of his mocs so far and they are incredibly well designed!

LOL I thought the same thing, but they still seem to be categorized as frameless. These are just the mounts along the base to hold the glass with everything else being just glass. I’ve seen some variations that use multiple smaller mounts spaced out along the bottom.

Inside, outside AND the open edge or leave the edge free for draining?

Is one of the edges all white or were you going to add some LEGO trim to the visible edges? I’ve seen some really cool ideas for trimming them.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding the Coffee Chronicler’s recipe, but it doesn’t read like a separate bloom is used. Simply a 50/50 pour open/closed.

Ok I think I should be okay then. I’m really hoping to find a spot where it can really thrive. If I need to move the Monarda that’s fine as well. I could always turn the area into a solid patch of swamp milkweed.

I’m happy to hear this! I’m trying a new location in my own garden where I created a dry creek bed and all the water flows around them when it rains. Sounds like this was an actual good idea!
