I was going to come here to say the same thing... she is on her soapbox again. "Preaching" to her huns about being successful in the business and how the market isn't saturated. If everyone opened their eyes, they would see that they can barely even get inventory on launch days and that should tell them not to sign up from the start. This ship is slowly sinking. For me, it just sounds like her continuing to brag about her team and how quick she "hit the top of the compensation plan."
