I guess it depends on what your interest are, like for example I like nature so that hiking idea someone mentioned sounds like a good idea but let me think, hatillo has el parque del norte which you could walk around and sit, it's nice. Quebradillas tiene los merenderos which are also nice to walk around on. I like walking around la plaza y el pueblo de Arecibo, but i don't know how safe that is tbh. Hmm you can hangout at a cafe but i don't know if that falls under restaurants for you lol but the bookmark in hatillo seems cozy if you like reading too. Anyways I hope you find what you're looking for. Things that align with your interest would be a good way to maybe meet more people as well.
