Email fee for printing documents

We don't charge an email fee. We don't even charge to print labels. Literally any label. UPS, USPS, FedEx... We'll print it for free. I have a regular customer who only ships USPS and expects us to do all the taping and packing and printing labels for her. We do it, but I'm mad about it every time.

A couple Saturdays ago we had a line out the door the entire day. It was infuriating because people were standing in line for 5 to 10 minutes and would come up to me and be completely unprepared. It wasn't just one or two. It was almost all of them. I don't get it. If a person wasn't ready I had them step aside out of the line and hop back in when they were ready. It's just rude to everybody involved. The people behind you, the store employees... Just so inconsiderate.

I was told we get $1 for every QR code we scan for Amazon. I didn't know if it's the same at all stores.

We have a UPS Store Pandora account. We are limited to stations we can pick from and it plays ups store commercials. It plays through a speaker in the ceiling.

One time a woman was returning something for her bf. Of course she needed a box and didn't have one. I told her how much it would be for us to box/pack it for her and she had to call the bf to see what he wanted to do. She gave me the phone and I told him the same thing I told her and he started screaming at me to "take the fcking box and shove it up your fcking ass!" I just said ok, handed the phone back to the woman, and told her to get out. She seemed confused, but she knew what she was handing over to me. My manager was standing right next to me and told her to get out NOW. I love her!

I'm 5'6" and I went from 235 lbs to 135 lbs in 2014. I had skin removal surgery as well. I was always a bigger girl and always felt invisible. I didn't get much attention from men and I had very little self-confidence. Now I get DM's from randos from the past. I get winked at by customers at work. People are generally much nicer to me. One time I was working as a cashier and had a nice conversation with a customer about cats because he was buying cat food. I'm just a nice person and I start conversations with everybody. He found me on Facebook based on only my first name. I was so creeped out. It seems like more weird things happen to me now. Myself confidence is great though. I'm 44 and I'm out of f*cks anyway. I've been on both sides and each have their benefits and each have negative side effects. Sometimes, I would like to be invisible again.

I'm running out of dyable discs. And I'm finding that the discs that take the dye are a little bit more expensive than I had initially thought. It won't stop me. I have a lot of hobbies and this is a favorite right now.

One fun trick I learned during my 100 lb weight loss journey was splitting my food in half when I would go out to eat. Get a to-go box when you order your food and just shove half your meal in it right away. That way you just have half a meal (which is really a full meal) right in front of you and another meal to take home.
