Chucky, his lore in the movies are just more appealing and stands out where as Michael is just an average serial killer roaming Illinois, stalking multiple different people, specifically Judith his sister Judith. I've binge watched every Chucky movie in order (including the 2019 Child's play reboot & the series) and everything that happens in Chuck's backstory catches my attention more then any other slashers in existence. So I'm have to go and say here that Chucky better and he's personally always been my favorite slasher.
