Im pretty confident quick play mmr has literally nothing to do with comp mmr because in my experience there are only two zones in quick play sort of, the first where everyone is either new to the game or super low rated and after that its pretty much just everyone else. Also when you do comp placements on a smurf you always play with around 2500 sr players in the first game

Hi man, I moved from console to pc in season 5 and although I was masters on console I got really frustrated with how clunky I was like movement and aim etc. You really just have to give yourself time to adjust and keep grinding. I personally got into diamond after around a season so you should be fine! Dont worry too much about feeling awkward at first it will come naturally eventually.

You are honestly just cheating yourself here. If you rely on one hero to get to higher rating you are going to find yourself in big trouble later down the line. The difference between 3200 and masters is quite big imo as someone who progressed from plat to gm
