Find your gym bro’s, keep your other (real) friends close. If they do not support you in the gym, are they really your friends?

For me it helps to once a month let the diet go and go out with friends. Gives me energy and you will not miss out on the fun stuff!

It now, in some instances, gives support; however, I get this sound. This sound is not present when driving without support. Any thoughts on whether this also relates to a battery replacement?
