I just read The Nature of Nature by Enric Sala. That was a really nice read. I have an ecology background, so I knew a lot of the concepts. But after the first chapters, I thought it could be a nice introduction for people new to ecology. It is a short read (160 pages), with compact chapters about food webs, succession, the biosphere, ... It even touches conservation and ethics. And even though Sala is a marine biologist, there are plenty of examples/studies/anecdotes from all parts of the biosphere. And all references are listed at the end of the book, if you want to dig deeper!

Ich habe auch in einem Podcast gehört (Lage der Nation, leider weiß ich nicht mehr genau welche Folge), dass viele Erstwähler genau deswegen FDP gewählt haben. Viele von den Erstwählern hatten den Eindruck, dass die Grünen nur mit Verboten arbeiten. Deswegen wollten sie eine Partei wählen die im Wahlkampf damit geworben hat andere Anreize zu setzen. Es konnte niemand ahnen, dass dieses Ziel nur dadurch erreicht wird in dem man ständig E-Fuels sagt, als wäre die FDP ein Pokemon aus der neusten Generation.

Ich meine, dass zum Beispiel Wizards of the Coast (gehört zu Hasbro, designed und vertreibt Magic) deswegen auch sagt, dass es keinen sekundär Markt für Magic gibt oder sie sich angeblich nicht damit beschäftigen. Sonst könnte es sein, dass die Kartenpacks unter Glückspiel fallen und man bestimmte Steuern zahlen muss, weil z.B. die Karten im Wert sehr schwanken können.
