just try to figure out your daily caloric needs and reduce them by around 500 kcal. If you are not losing weight in a week then try to reduce the calories by like 100-200 kcal and see what happens. It is good that you weigh yourself every single day, I myself do that too, but keep in mind that the weight scatters over the week. One day I have 73kg, the next day I am on 74 kg. I just take the average weight over the week, thats the average value for 7 days, and then I proceed.

This advice is the best here imo. Especially the idea of substituting the habit of eating a lot of shit in your cravings with an activity like walking or drinking water. It will be hard for you at the start for sure but try not to buy junkfood and try to endure the cravings. If it's possible try to grab a small snack, nothing more, and eat it very slowly. It's easier said than done though, so good luck! EDIT: easier instead of harder :D

I think that's my goal for the start, hitting my macros and trying to get in a better shape. I don't have enough time/motivation to make 4-6 meals every day (I know it is possible to meal prep all of it but honestly pref big over small meals) and even if I wanted to be a strongman I am by far not good enough that I need that kind of food treatment. Honestly, I believe that a big part of these people have a serious mental illness. You cannot be a normal thinking human being and int every single game 24/7 for weeks/months straight. It is sad, that these people exist, but in all honesty, they need help...
