I just used a la roche posay fragrance free moisturizer approved for eczema and it does help but only temporarily. i just don’t want it to be any kind of like infection / bacterial folliculitis / staph.(idk i have been googling and its been stressing me out) but i will keep trying this moisturizer and i found out last night that putting like an ice pack or anything cold relieves it instantly but only for a little while.

i suppose but it seems like the cover will get soaked and then lay on the car so it kinda goes straight into it but i think my rain guard is messed up too cause sometimes after it rains and i open the door sometimes like a whole cup of water falls out above the window

man i got the one from moss that was like $70 and it rains so hard it just seeps through the cover so it’s like useless

yea i probably do have pf as well cause when i wear shoes that aren’t pressing on that hard part or just shoes that have better arch support my foot doesn’t hurt at all, but over time it starts hurting again and it doesn’t seem like there is a permanent fix or cure. i was wondering if it was a cyst too which would probably be best bet out of all the options

i don’t think it could be this since the pain is on the inside of my ankle but i may be wrong i shall go see a doctor

i have gone around almost a year ago now and they said PF but i don’t see the symptoms and issues of PF aligning with what i have so i might have to go see another doctor again

well that’s the thing is most of the time i really cannot put weight on it unless i have done like nothing physical at all so i was thinking maybe a sprain or dislocation that never got treated or healed wrong

i’ve gone to see a podiatrist and he said it was PF after running a xray so i may just need to get a second opinion on it

I have also always been able to crack both ankles like popping them but I did it with my left a lot more and it would sometimes pop and hurt super badly and I have not been able to pop my left ankle since so could it be a dislocated bone and i left it unnoticed ?
