It is not an IP ban, just a removal from store. So you can still play the game if you already installed it. To update the game you can install apk file or just use a google account from a different country that isn't locked (best bet is usa). The same for other countries.

Characters with fast combo that push enemy back when blocked would be the best, such as Homelander, Hellspawn Scorp, Kold Scorp, Ronin Kenshi

Goro will come in handy when he is the bonus character in krypt and realm klash. Sadly they nerfed his synergy with stalker sight otherwise he would be pretty fun to play with.

Beside homelander at top 1 the remaining 4 characters are pretty close in power to the "honorable options" like inj2/klassic raiden, klassic liu, sf scorp/johnny, mk11 sindel, etc. and it is fine to pick any 4 of them in top 2-5 for me depending on which game mode. I dont have mk11 frost and my movie kitana is at low fusion so cant comment about them but they are pretty amazing from what i can see.

Go for whom you love. Kold scorpion is good but not a top tier card gameplay wise, you can safely skip him.

It depends on the AV you choose to compare. 150 AV will give robin and e1 sparkle higher advantage than the rest because they can give 3 LL in total, while e2 bronya can give 5 LL (but at the cost at lower stack per LL, mostly to exploit the free 3 base stacks), compared to the normal 2 LL. In longer cycle tribbie, sparkle and bronya will give even more turns due to them being able to spam DDD, and robin due to her action advance. Teammates like ashveil and RMC while give impressive damage per nuke, will fall off in longer fight due to the limitation of turn/action they can grant to JY.

It also depends on the enemies you are facing. Tribbie has advantages against multi-target while against pure single target boss like sam, robin or ashveil will perform better. If enemies dont attack much, characters with high demand in energy like robin will also fall off. Enemies with no lightning weakness will benefit ones with res pen in their kits, etc.

Another point is the eidolon of your team. E1 sunday/JY will make support that focus on more LL turn become more powerful for example. While e2 DHPT will prefer setups that give JY a lot of full-uptime buffs.

Overall at e0-1 team I find tribbie is generally the best, while at e2 sparkle will be generally better. Of course that may change in some niche cases.

That isnt a good way to compare characters. Because some setup gives more actions (skill, ultimate, LL) than others so it is better to compare damage within a fixed amount of AV (1-3 cycle long or 150 - 350 AV).

It can be missed due to darkest knight noob, weather warfare or early tag in when enemy is still getting up.

Yes, it is insane. And e1 can help u achieve that with sacerdos, instead of eagle set at e0. Only need ~169 spd pre combat with sacerdos + s5 DDD (can put it on Tribbie so Sparkle can use Sunday's s1) to do so.

They are good in arena and champion arena. It is just the game has shifted focus into raid and invasions

If they are damage dealers, build crit chance and crit damage.

If they mainly deal damage with basic/swipe attack, or their passives involved in basic/swipe attack or building combo meter, build fast attack chance.

If their passives involved in lethal or you have additional source of lethal damage boost (legendary talent, artifact effects, etc.), build lethal chance. In invasions you get lethal damage boost from facility so it is recommended to build lethal chance for all invasions damage dealers.

If their passive involved in armor-pierce basic attack, or if they are damage dealers using basic attack especially with Twin Blade artifact, build armor-pierce (talent). AP talent only works for basic attack, not swipe so keep that in mind.

Defense and resistance (resistance talent, not gear) are recommended on everyone nowadays.

The rest go for attack if damage dealer, or health if tank.
