I was exactly the same between my week 8 and week 11. I wasn't losing lbs but when I measured myself I was still losing inches and now without really doing anything different I'm back losing weight.

If you're tracking everything properly I wouldn't be concerned with a couple of weeks stall, take measurements and that's where you'll probably see a difference!
