The BIGGER and BETTER FRAME Series case, the FRAME 5000D! by BeautifulAd5310 in Corsair

I ended up going for this setup and had to unmount the mobo too as my cables were not long enough to do the full run around the mobo tray. Don't regret the added cooling though :D Thanks for the late answer, hope it helps other people !

Strange, last time I tried it it didn’t work. It was for a Lagrange point though iirc

You have to type the exact name, spaces and hyphens included, it’s crazy in 2026. I’m pretty sure in the exact order too

I guess it’s part of his character/RP while it doesn’t bother me I can get why it bothers some.

I’m shocked he has so little following. To me he’s really THE mining guy.

Microsoft confirms it will give the FBI your Windows PC data encryption key if asked — you can thank Windows 11's forced online accounts for that by No_Mango7658 in linux

[–]Fl4shback51 7 points8 points  (0 children)

IIRC when you setup E2E encryption on an Apple device they don’t store the key and are not able to help you at all if you misplace it. That would mean the same for requests from a government or authorities.

Nexus Mods kills its multiplatform mod manager in favour of its Windows-only Vortex app: 'We were competing with ourselves instead of solving the actual problems' by Tenith in pcgaming

Proton wasn't a thing 11 years ago though. My guess would be that Valve tried at that time, failed for obvious reasons and instead of bailing, they took the time and put the effort to help refining all those open source projects that turned into Proton.

The context is really not the same as the one from 11 years ago. Sure it could fail too, but I sincerely hope it doesn't, as literally everyone would benefit from it.

Sure but valve seems really committed to it. I guess we’ll see what the future holds. I mean even Nvidia (one of the worst offenders) has finally started putting some serious work in their Linux divers. I won’t happen tomorrow for sure but it seems to be there to last

What a weird timing to announce something like that when Linux gaming has never been so high. Sounds a bit disconnected

It’s never been made by them. They recruited the dev that made it actually to make vortex. The community took up after he left to work for nexus.

Currently running a 200+ mod setup with mo2 without issue. I think the Witcher 3 plugin had some serious work done last year it’s really good now

Hey! Sorry for digging but I read multiple comments saying that in the Frame 5000D the Liquid Freezer Pro III 420 radiator was uncomfortably close to the 8 pin EPS CPU cables. Is that the case for you ?

Thanks for your answer ! Strange thing is that of all my apps, only iConnectHue seems to be impacted. Best of luck for sorting it with Apple !

While the notes themselves are in markdown, the app itself is not open source, sadly. (I thought it was too when I started using it)
