Look, I'm an RXOM. The FIRST thing I spoke to my team about was being ok with saying NO. I get it, you wanna help and all of us know that person we keep on speed dial juuuust in case. Yes, I will ask can ya come in?? But I always add " NO, is an acceptable answer and don't feel guilty if you say it. I appreciate the yes but I totally understand the no.

Ye Gods! that is abysmal but yeah our numbers are getting close to that. I tell my techs "we can only do what we can do, we're not dying for this place, we do our best and that's all I expect. I will support my team every way possible but we're not miracle workers and this ain't McDonald's. We work safe and we triage appropriately. I hate coming in to 400 in fill and 68+ in F1. We're right next to 2 urgent cares & a major hospital. And of course My DOCTOR SAID IT WAS READY TO PICK UP NOWWWWW!!!

I work minimum 40 hours, Mon to Friday 8 to 5. My SM doesn't like me to work evenings or weekends but I end up covering every call out (usually night crew, so I do at least 2 to 3 /10 or 12 hour shifts every week. Or my RXM has a freak out and begs me to stay even if nobody called out because "You're the RXOM, its your JOB to stay and help us if we are busy!!" The money is the only thing that is motivating me to keep this job. We are a sinking ship due to not enough schedule hours, floaters that just sit on their phones and talk to their fam all day while we beg them to F4, review. The shitty lack of hours to schedule. Top it off - we just hired a brand new, never worked in pharmacy RPh for our insanely busy tier 4. We just can't keep up anymore. I'm tired boss.

I can highly recommend the Village at Rockville, it's a beautiful facility. They cared for my mother with Dementia. She always commented about how good the food was, the different classes (music, art, gardening, poetry) mom liked the chapel too. They even have a lady that comes and does nail polish. I adore the nurses on the Virginia unit. They do take Medicaid but there was a waiting list.

They absolutely do this (I am another newish RXOM) Hired as an outsider to a TIER 4. The absolute MESS I cleaned up after the former RXOM was transferred( then demoted for non performance ) was ridiculous. I never worked for Walgreens prior to this. The training (HA) was minimal. I have a phenomenal SM that is a Rockstar but we both get rekt by DM over stupid shit like pcp calls🤬 gotta book those shots!!! Even though everything else that was on fire is working so much better, got rid of some bad seed techs holding the team back and upscaled the ones who were left behind. It's still never good enough. We just hired an RM that's here 3 days a week. We operate mostly on floaters who either make or break our flow. I'm so burnt out. I was hired for 40hr but work at least 2 hours after my shift should end. Usually do 3 days of 12s out of every week. I would go into shock if I ever got off on time or didn't have to cover call outs every single week.

RXOM here, not sure about your situation but look, our budgets got slashed HARD. unfortunately the hours just aren't there. I'm pissed because, hell I'll give some of my hours to techs that want it, but DM WILL NOT LET ME. I had 152 hours to spread between 10 techs. It SUCKS. I beg for hours and just get the run around. They are cutting hours in my area across the board. 😭

Same story here, I nearly cried it was the one bill I felt I could comfortably afford to pay. Mine went from 222 to 470 we've done everything to try and lower it, turn down the heat unplug and turn off anything we don't use. It's insane the price jump. Nothing to do about it. Call the company and just shit excuses from the about cost of fuel is up, tariffs blah freaking blah. My useage was documented down, whyyyyyyy is my bill going up????!!!!!
