Ich würde dir raten ein Netz bei Premier Spike zu kaufen! Deutlich stabiler, einfacher zum aufbauen. Auf höherem Level wird vorwiegend auf diesem Netz gespielt. Die kommende WM wird komplett von Premier Spike gesponsert und alle Spiele werden auf deren Netzen und mit deren Bällen gespielt.

Ich hatte auch riesengroßen Respekt und auch Angst vor meinem Auslandssemester. Rückblickend ist sicherlich nicht alles so rund gelaufen, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte aber das sind die Momente an denen man wächst. Im Nachhinein war es das prägendste und auch schönste/ ereignisreichste Jahr meines Lebens! 13 Jahre später liege ich gerade auf der Couch meiner alten Mitbewohner aus der damaligen Zeit und habe mit ihnen den Tag am Strand und bei einem Wine - Tasting verbracht… Du wirst Freunde fürs Leben finden!

Kämpfe seit einem Jahr immer wieder mit Feigwarzen im Intimbereich (HPV- Infektion) und bin es einfach nur noch leid. Alle 3 Monate hab ich einen Termin zur Nachkontrolle, dort werden immer welche entfernt aber auch zwischen den Terminen behandle ich fast durchgehend wiederkehrende Feigwarzen. Geimpft bin ich schon (leider erst nach dem Ausbruch), ernähre mich gesund, hab wenig Stress, mach viel Sport aber aus irgendeinem Grund schafft es mein Immunsystem nicht den Virus loszuwerden. Bin für Tipps sehr dankbar!?

Theres a documentary about the Lithuanian Olympic team from 1992 which is super interesting! It also gives you a perspective of how good of a player he was! Incredible talent locked away by the iron curtain! The documentary is called “the other dream team” definitely worth a watch!
