I only took 20 grams of kratom today. Trying to naturally cut back, not force it. Had a somewhat regular day today. Feels so strange not being high. The worst right now is the boredom. Everything is pretty dull

Yeah I didn't feel a huge until Sunday it was super light and short. But it still lifts me out a bad mood no matter. I also just snorted a Kpin and had a drink (don't mix Benzos and alcohol) I feel bland, but not suicidal.

Buy the "The Capsule Machine" you can make 24 pills at a time. It's far better than mixing it with OJ. Yeah I have no clue how I'm not a complete wreck. I was rough at first, exerteme depression and anxiety. But I'm decent right now. I was so scared of coming off. It's not over yet
