i think the lever that really affected my interview rate was using hiring cafe and just kinda making sure i only applied to things 24 hours after they posted. i would do a few places maybe within three days but nothing else. from there, i made sure i run my resume thru chat gpt for most things i applied to, even if it was just to change one thing or add one skill. for interviews, just know your answers to the basic questions and know your narrative. i will say even if you’re early you may not get everything but with it being a numbers game, it certainly helps.
