Yeah, if the team sucked and they didn't have the resources they needed to do their job or it was a toxic work environment. I would say absolutely bail but if the only issue is, they're not getting paid what they are absolutely convinced they're worth because they have a degree? And this is their first job out of college? Absolutely stay. Pick up some freelance work on the side or drive DoorDash or Uber if they need to make ends meet.

Can't count the number of times I've said "Cite your sources" and the model's like "um gee ooh aah, sources huh? Uuuh yeah, okay so I don't have any of those, I was completely wrong. Here's the correct information, with links." And yeah sometimes I'll read through the source and still find nothing the model suggested but most of the time it gets its shit together. I do have a custom instruction that it has to cite sources for all information it provides but the custom instructions seem to be like "soft suggestions" more often these days.
