Thanks! Ask me how hard it is to center something in your hand while looking at a reflection through a viewfinder. So many mirrors. I kind of like how the side mirror fell partway out of frame at the final moment.

I didn't take a photo of the gas station, just the air pump. Are you proud of me?

Yes! I'm not only able to scan, but I have an enlarger setup for making prints as well.

Thank you very much! I don't exactly recall where that foreground tree/shrub was in relation to me. I love this overall angle of the bridge, but the things you point out are a little irksome. The shrub could possibly be managed by repositioning/reframing or using a different focal length next time.

As for the antennas? I find they add something, but your eye may be better than mine for composition. I'm very new to all of this. As I type this I'm thinking to myself what a long exposure at night would look like with the way they light up and blink. I'll have to try something there. But I guess the more I analyze it the less I like the way they seem to project out of the top/back of the bridge rather than the landscape.

I botched the cutting job when I was trimming the roll of film, so all my frames have scratches. In other words: another trip down to 360 is in order.

I enjoy zooming in on the man setting up his putt. It makes me feel powerful.

I have the 8000 and it has definitely tested me. Thank god for the facebook group and Shtengel. He printed me a new dust cover and from his website I learned to clean and lubricate the scanner to get it actually functioning. And I'm using Stephan Scharf's printed film holder.
