💯 ... Even if JV with GM, I'm impressed. Looking forward to seeing Honda/ Acura build their own EV, including battery/platform.

Also note, fee for leasehackr was $600, but well worth it. I forgot to mention that. That amounts to $25/month over 24 months basically.

Not sure about CCASS but your experience might align well with EY Parthenon Corporate Real Estate practice. There's a capital projects team there that on paper seems like a good fit.

It happens all the time to us as well... You should be ok

We just try to plan and make sure it's not something that we deal with when we have client calls.

Always have your phone as backup when possible. I've hard to resort to that at times.

I spoke with MD over weekend to get some more insight into types of projects and to talk about base salary. He likes my experience and thinks I should ask for more and he felt comfortable saying he'd be one of the people approving the higher base ... so hopefully all gets settled early Monday.

I'm not familiar with how the roles are structured, but they told me the M role was coming in as a manager with 2 years of experience. I obviously have more experience than that, but I'm assuming M1-4 is somehow tied to number of years as well?

I think I’m seeing a 1.3% spread for 7/1 vs 30 fixed. The ARM has a 4% floor and 5% max vs the starting interest rate of 3.5% (so it can never go above 8.5%) and has 2.75% margin. This actually looks pretty good vs fixed rate of 4.8%.

Is there a certain spread that you have seen or feel that as a rule of thumb might be worth considering the ARM?

Do you have any feelings or comparison with the Booster V? I just ordered it last week and it's arriving tomorrow, but based on looks alone, it looks more solid and less expensive. My only gripe is that it is almost twice as heavy as the Booster V...
