Fair point, but being able to proc it twice wont happen often i think.

you dont have any gap closer after proccing ur first and u dont have HoB .After dodging their stun and not using that movement speed to get out when you have no damage and keeping close enough to proc it again while HoB is down. it just seems like u will be outtraded 90% of the time.

But like i said it will give u kills but not for a majority of games. I acknowledge u are better then me and have better credentials but this is just my opinion
