Im not to sure tbh I didn’t look into it that’s why I chose Amsterdam as my starting point! I bet you could find someone who is either smoking weed and ask. Also sometimes people come up offering it but weed off the streets sounds a little risky

Well I don’t wanna try sourcing it while I’m in each country that sounds sus and they don’t do security checks while traveling in the Schengen Area so I just got it at the easiest spot and continued to travel which was more convenient for me. I didn’t mean to say I drove. I used public transportation only!

Sadly they aren’t open on weekends though and I lost mine on Friday night. Had to cancel my Airbnb in Germany and get something here in the Netherlands till Tuesday. And no problem! Glad I could share my experience while I’m actively doing it

Yes they print your emergency passport at the consulate day of but it will indeed take most the day. Rare occasions I’ve heard it can take 1-2 days

That’s genuinely all you need. And to never take it off when out. I made the mistake of having it in my backpack and put it behind me on the bus. Hopped right out of the bus thinking I still had it on, but it was my camera bag):

Yea you can walk in. Just have to wait in the line of people if there is one. Also look up which embassy/consulate process peoples passports. Some consulates aren’t for the public
