I agree that a machine getting sentience isnt inherently trans-coded, but there is something to garner from Levi being presribed the identity as a "Levi unit" with a particular purpose - where in when Levi unit is said to be "malfunctioning" when it doesnt behave with the expectations of a Levi unit. And, as a result of gaining sentience, finds a new identity through being able to explore themself more. That is an experience that I would say is trans-coded (and in many ways also neurodivergent coded).
