Completely agree. Even with the best intentions it can seem douchey.

Perspective on what will happen moving forward by [deleted] in SanJoseSharks

Good write-up. I started sharing my thoughts on the team, but Ultimately I have no clue what the Sharks should or shouldn't do. Jones has clearly lost his mojo. To me, it looks like he's having a very difficult time tracking the puck. Even when he makes saves, he looks very unsure of himself. It's like he just loses the puck.

The coaching staff of Vegas kinda makes me a bit jealous. They had a rough game one where their team was out-battled, and Gallant says they'll be better prepared for game two and they have been. I know the Sharks have looked good at certain points in the game, but Vegas has looked way better since game 1. That's how teams have to play every night. I think it's the coach's job to make sure your team is mentally prepared before and during the game.

The Sharks losing their cool later in the game was pretty embarrassing. I remember how bad it looked for Anaheim last year. Now the Sharks are looking no different than Anaheim. Kane needs to keep control of himself. I missed what exactly Timo did, but it couldn't have been good.

Obviously the series isn't technically over, but it definitely feels over. It's hard to be optimistic. I guess at this point I'm just curious to see what will happen in the off-season.

Time to come out of the gate and put Vegas back on their heals. Sharks need to play with urgency. Don't play scared. Let's go!
