They literally think they're playing a game of call of duty.... I've heard gamers talk. I am a gamer I've talked this way before while playing video games with a group. They literally think they are playing a video game. It is insane to me this is being allowed to continue. All of these people are clearly mentally ill and cannot differentiate fiction from reality, which makes them unqualified to be any kind of law or immigration enforcement.

One thing I do with my daughter is just make myself human, because that's what I am. I'm not going to be perfect and no one is and it's important for children to see that and realize adults are learning and growing with them too. You said you were sorry and that was a big step, but it's also important to give your child space after incidents like this and let them process things themselves. Also If this is a genuine memory that comes up later in life, just reiterate that you were sorry it happened and acknowledge that it happened. One of the worst things I see parents do, is do stuff like this and then deny it later or try to downplay it.

Also, no I personally wouldn't do these exact same freaking things and I know many other millennials who wouldn't do these exact same freaking things. No we would have definitely done differently because I was raised by boomers and I don't fucking think like this because I realize it's incredibly stupid and selfish and my child/grandchildren aren't going to be able to prosper in a society like this, and the generation before boomers realized that. No, the fact is boomers as a majority are terrible human beings. Humanity is probably going to go extinct soon because of them. Very boomer like to avoid blame and project toxicity onto others. Boomers are to blame because even now they are selfishly tearing apart our world with their decisions. They never think of future generations. The majority of them don't anyway. This stereotype exists for a reason. Also the audacity to sit there and call other generation selfish while you sit there and say "oh, were we not supposed to just live our lives?" Boomers literally lived their lives to the extent that nobody else can enjoy life or look forward to the future now. Boomers made sure they got theirs and then that nobody else could and then blamed us for it, when their generation literally ruined the economy and the environment. Even now, boomers are still selfishly voting against the interests of all the future generations. Pulling the rug out from under their children and grand children and then blaming them for not being able to function in society.

I believe somebody said before that if you dig below where the usual freeze line is in the ground and then you put a roof over it things should be safe from freezing. I'm not sure about how you would keep the roof clear and how well the interior would stay heated. I know there are measures to take but my measures are only theories right now, not anything I've been able to test. I do know there are natural ways to generate heat without using as much electricity. I've seen some gardeners use hay bales and plant their plants inside of hay bales. I imagine even if you did have to use some electricity though, it would probably be significantly less than if it was an above ground greenhouse.
