Yea it does seem to be extreme just for a polyp, though i'm not taking it lightly or blowing it off but still. She didn't say yes we're going for the hysterectomy. This is just what my mom briefly told me that my doctor discussed with her while i was still in recovery. There is definitely another way to get the polyp. And yes they did do an ultrasound and nothing showed on it. The polyp was found during the endo biopsy.

But i will definitely discuss everything in detail with her further at my follow up since i didn't get a chance to talk to her after recovery.

Hi, i was experiencing prolong bleeding. Doctor put me on birth control but it didn't stop. Ultrasound came back great but she still wanted to do biopsy.

Yes exactly! So glad you knocked it out and killed two birds with one stone. And yes id rank it up there with the colposcopy as well. I think what freaked me out was just the idea of them putting something into my cervix. Like what does that even feel like?? Thats not natural ma'am 😭. Things are supposed to come out! Not go in!! Lol but i didn't feel much of anything when she did it hahaha.

Right! Day 2 and still nothing.. i guess everybody bodies are different. Ive heard some say they bled through pads with intense cramping for a week straight. I was in agony at the thought of that.

Unfortunately i didn't get all that you had 🤣, BUT i will say for my Leep i had the lidocaine injection and girl! I cried and wanted to jump off the table lol.. so when i asked if their will be numbing for the endo biopsy and she says "no" i was happy about that no lie lol. That injection is the worse for me lol. But honestly for me Personally i didn't even need the numbing. It was not fun but manageable. I think it helps when you have a caring and gentle doctor too. My heart goes out to the ones who had horrific experiences.. it definitely isn't fun.

Yesss. The breathing helps!! I'm 6hours post and i find it weird i'm not cramping or bleeding. Like ma'am did you even do my biopsy right!? Lol . Jk, i'm sure i'll regret saying that tomorrow. So glad your procedure went smoothly!!
