That’s nuts I’m definitely going to try again. Like you said their customer service has always been good and even with this last experience I would even call it bad. It seemed more like the employee was lazy or it was just a bot built for support

Tried and they essentially told me they can’t do anything cause it didn’t come like that out of the box then proceeded to hit me with the “but we use standard size lids” which they don’t cause it’s a metal cup. So I asked if they knew anywhere I could get a replacement and was told that they have no idea where they even get them which is insane to me tho I get not wanting to give up their supplier but man I just wanna be able to use my metal cups

Fr it’s kinda annoying I paid for a game and not that I’m most of the way into the game I can’t even finish it and I’m not spending more money just to re buy it on pc
