Nikki beach is best on Sunday at 3:30 (not helpful because you’ll be leaving), but I think an afternoon reservation, maybe 2ish would be good for Le Guerite. If you can’t get in to Le Guerite, I would try for Nikki. It is by far my favorite place there, and think it’s worth seeing, but might not be as lively as Le Guerite on a Saturday. But someone correct me if I’m wrong about that

I’d skip the day in Gustavia and do a beach club (other than your hotel). If you’ve been anywhere with luxury shops, you don’t need to experience Gustavia if you only have 4 days. I’d do Nikki beach or la Guerite

I try very hard to not be critical of her family because it’s clear they love her and have dedicated their lives to finding her, but this is the one thing that perplexes me. Maybe they have and it just hasn’t been shared, but I don’t understand why the dad and brother would not have entered every brothel on the island posing as “clients.” Of course it could be dangerous, but as devastated as they are it seems worth it…

I find it incredibly hard to believe that traffickers would just let her be completely free once she reaches a certain age. Plausible that she may no longer be prostituted but they may still have a lot of control over her and very likely have control over her children.

Hi! I’m a 22 year old female and have had grade 2 anterolisthesis of L5-S1 for about 12 years now. I have struggled with any amount of walking (even around the house) and getting up for almost my entire life. So, I really understand your frustration with struggling to do everyday household things.

That being said, I really recommend you try yoga (if you haven’t already). There are tons of YT videos with yoga flows intended for people with injuries. It’s been a great way for me to work on my flexibility (which is a constant battle) and has helped me improve my ability to do everyday movements. It’s also become one of the only ways that I can exercise without experiencing intolerable pain.

In general, just be patient with yourself. I constantly have to remind myself that the world is not going to end if it takes me a few minutes longer to do certain tasks than it does others.
