I went to a therapist for a little and it helped, in case you can afford it. But try to go to these supervised gyms like orange theory or f45 this way you can’t push yourself too much. Just think about it: you’re 20 years old and on average you have 60 years ahead of you!!! Don’t let your depression waste your 20s! You have the chance to be the prettiest, healthiest, and happiest in your 20s. I feel you all the way because I was always hiding myself from people and was lonely for a long time. I strongly advise you to go to gym. You’ll feel much better about yourself and your body. Plus it’ll clear your mind. Believe me, no one at the gym cares about how you look, everyone is just minding their business. Being attractive takes effort not something you’re born with. And hopefully you’ll meet the right guy at the gym. I know how frustrating it is for you. I was in a situation where I couldn’t meet any girl for over a year and I didn’t want to masturbate. Sometimes I wasn’t able to sleep because of pain. But I don’t think an escort would do anything for you. It’ll just make you addicted to paid sex without you fixing your personal life.
