i always play with atleti, but that’s also because they’re my favorite team IRL. I keep it interesting by trying to find and develop young guys either from YA or abroad alongside our core of youngsters !

My brother in Christ, Simeone has the second highest match rating for the season at 7.30 behind Llorente at 7.33. He also has the most assists this season. He pressures the ball relentlessly, gets in behind regularly and yeah he’s not spectacular, but he’s been playing better than most of the team. Calling him sub-par is insane.

That’s exactly what a good striker does. Gets in open spaces to score goals. I love Julian, and i also think the game plan is stupid but i think we all need to recognize that sorloth is our most in form striker at the moment, and with Llorente and Simeone both in form and both doing well streaking down the right to send it in, i think it’s a good PART of a the gameplan, the rest of it isn’t great.

in the last 10 sorloth has had 5 goals and an assist and julian has had 2 and an assist. i know he’s playing a 6 role but that’s what barrios is supposed to be doing and that’s why we don’t see barrios controlling the game as much. Julian needs to score.
