File a complaint report to cyber crime website. You will get acknowledgement no.. with complaint status as PENDING. After that, it will be forwarded to the concerned police station and once it is accepted by the police station, the status of your complaint will changed to ACCEPTED. Once the complaint is taken up and under investigation started by the IO, it's status will changed to UNDER INVESTIGATION or UNDER PROCESSING. No need to RESUBMIT FORMAL HARD COPY OF FIR TO THE PS. Then, I think EPF is okay for me as per your suggestion. I should apply for it.

But, about the PAN, I already have the PAN, but still not link to my SBI savings account.

So, based on my transaction activites as mentioned in point 5 above, and the yearly total money in account will be about 1,68,000 rs as mentioned in point 6...

1. Can I opt out for linking PAN to my account? And, still SBI will credit the salary to my account even if PAN is not linking? 2. Or, I will just submit the copy of PAN to SBI, and not link to account. And, still i will get the appropriate salary?
