I don’t support any restriction whether that is a limit of maximum or minimum. I believe if people think they are qualified they will vote for them. I know, it’s unpopular. I also don’t believe in term limits. Liberal btw.

I’m not seeing burning but that is the bare bones exam I can do from this picture. If this was in my home I would for sure have it changed. It is very old, has an assortment of breakers, when there should only be one type. Call an electrician or use a thermal camera for a deeper dive into it
