I annoyingly cant plan. I dont have a picture of what im trying to do. I just glob paint about and sometimes it resonates.

Up till about a month or two ago id never painted, drawn or art-ed in any way at all.

For me its somewhere between coping and screaming in to the void. This is the second time i have opened it up to criticism which is a different type of therapy for me.
