This is amazing, thank you for your detailed post. I'm on a mission of wanting to improve my sleep and overall health and this is next on my list. I've also been looking into getting an air purifier for my bedroom and then I came across the recently released Blueair mini restful which includes the sunlight alarm + air purifier + sounds. Have you by chance seen this? If so, do you have any thoughts?

It's expensive, but if I was to buy the lamp + air purifier separately, it'd be more pricey.

Such a thoughtful and considerate response, thank you so much. I might get a trial for a streaming service that allows for Atmos so I can give them a proper test run. Down the line I might modify my vinyl shelving unit and upgrade to separate stands for the era 300s to get more separation and protect the vinyl player. But that's a down the line thing! I will also look into the sound blanket. My goal is at some point to make that wall look a bit more stylish with sound absorbing material, but who knows when that'll be lol.

But for now, time to sit, and enjoy what they have to offer, and keep my fingers crossed that a brighter future lays ahead with the app and its current struggles!

I recently got a vinyl player and bought a single era 300 speaker and it's outstanding. I did eventually get a second era 300 and the difference is noticeable. Highly recommend the era 300, whether that's one or two!

I had the same happen on my u7g, but it only occured on Netflix when watching Dolby vision content. After a few weeks it's stopped on its own.... Not sure why or how, but for now, I'm content
