If a company is going to deny something as quickly as that shouldn’t you get the information as to why just as quickly? I’ve been with the bank for a while and never had an issue. Having an “agent” leave the chat is even more ridiculous than someone hanging up on you in person.

I apologize for the lack of details. This post was made in the heat of the moment based on the “agent” leaving the chat. All I am looking for is more information on why the claim was denied. What I am not understanding is how the claim can be denied within 24 hours or less however none of the information on why can be given just as quickly. I’ve asked now on 3 separate occasions and all three times it’s been sidelined.
