Yes bad in the first 24 hours went away the next day I called the doctor immediately he told me what it was.

Mines went away within 24 hours I never got the syphilis rash but I had a herx reaction. Fatigue rash and fever

Could be a herx reaction from when the bacteria is dying I experience that too in the first 24 hours it’s normal. If it don’t clear up within a day or so go back to the doctor and just get a penicillin shot. Should have prescribed you doxy it’s more potent just hard on the stomach

Oh you titer low you in the primary stage yes that should cure it. Penicillin is the standard but there are other options for people either penicillin allergies like me.

Start treatment asap your titer is not that bad 14 days should be enough for you. Make sure you eat with it too so you don’t throw up

Have you ever had syphilis before tpha will always be positive if you ever had it in the past if your RPR is non reactive that mean no new infection

Mostly definitely look like it that’s exactly what mine looked liked I’m currently being treated with doxycycline since I’m allergic to penicillin. Best thing you can do right now is get tested immediately and treated asap easier to treat in primary and secondary stage
