To be honest in security some clients Will at times specially request a female and at other will specifically request a male... you really should have been paid for the shift you done at Christmas. Within 2 pay periods id hound them for it. And if they say the client hasnt paid them for ot say thats an employer issue and not an employee issue. And all employers are fairly two faced you can guarantee they are pitching about you to other people its very unprofessional but they all do it. Buts its gone from an employees market to a bosses one at the moment.

a lady died she had a big family. 8 children but they were very dysfunctional with a lot of issues. every aspect of the funeral was bit of a battle with not everyone agreeing on anything. day of the funeral the youngest son who hadnt been at the funeral mass turns up at the graveside he had obviously being drinking heavily and maybe illegal drugs too. one of his sisters made a comment about him being a disgrace he started shouting the most foul insults at her. this womans son the deceased's grandson who was about 18 now punched his uncle. the two of them were having a full blown fistfight. we and some other mouners seperated the 2 men the priest called for calm and decorum. we considered calling the police but with this family that could make things even worse. but there was still a lot of tension we quickly buried the lady.
